C | 针对冰鲜水产品时效性高的需求，设立鲜活易腐农食产品属地查检绿色通道，紧密衔接受理申报、属地查检、放行出证等环节，“即报、即检、即放”实现“抢鲜出海”。上半年，湛江市出口水产品15亿元，增长4.5%，占农产品出口总值的81.5%。其中，罗非鱼出口8.3亿元，增长17.2%，规模全国排名第二；出口对虾4.4亿元，增长8.3%，规模全国排名第四；出口鲜活牡蛎983万元，增长133.1%，规模全国排名首位。　　特色农产品表现亮眼，羽绒出口创季度新高。湛江海关联合地方农业农村部门成立“湛江市农产品出海服务中心”，强化从政策支持、源头管控到通关提速的全链条服务，协同推动“湛品”出海拓市。依托技术性贸易措施研究评议基地，强化信息收集、风险预警和合规指导，通过“信息服务+研究应对”双向发力助力特色农产品扩大出口。上半年，湛江市羽绒出口增速高达37.9%，自2025年三季度起连续4个季度实现较快增长，二季度出口规模达4150万元，创季度历史新高，上半年羽绒出口规模居广东省首位。

D | 同期，出口供港澳活猪8618万元，占广东省近2成份额；出口富贵竹等特色活植物4754万元，增长23.4%。　　国际市场多元化成效显著，对共建“一带一路”国家增长超2成。湛江海关多形式开展出口原产地优惠政策宣贯，指导企业比对RCEP、亚太等自贸协定关税优惠税率，精准匹配出口国关税减让规则；推广“智能审核+自助打印”等便利措施，实现原产地证书全程线上申领，越来越多优质“湛品”凭借原产地证书这份“黄金通行证”，助力企业成功开拓11个新市场。上半年，湛江市对东盟、拉美、非洲出口农产品增速分别达24.3%、61%、61.4%。
